I think if you can get a bog standard M3 Comp xDrive for under $180k (~10%) then it is a pretty good deal in VIC these days. How much are they quoting you?
I'm trying for harder and think I'm about to achieve it! In which case, I'll have an order down in the next day or so with an expected delivery date of June 2023 (but I'm hoping for closer to April).
