I went through a broker to get mine. Granted that comes with its own fee, it's still less than what dealers were marking up. but according to my broker all the local BMW dealers wanted 2-4k over msrp when he started looking at the end of July. Found a dealer to do a m340i order at MSRP for me at BMW of Chico.
