In the Mid 2000s and early 2010s... if your Audi broke, you'd have to sell your house to fix it... and dont' even get me started on BMWs and the random bing you'd hear everytime you'd start the car....
it's hard to even put BMW and Toyota in the same ranking because the cars are that much different... Toyota is a simpleton point a to b car... BMW is a luxury performance car that has a large amount of tech.

Yep, we haven't had any significant issues with our last 4 BMW's (a 16 340i, 19 M2C, 20 530e, and 21 M3)...though my SO and I have yet to have any of those 4 out of warranty. In warranty reliability has been stellar, at least.
