is there something in the settings that you have to turn on? (before or after the navigation has started)
when I was test driving the dealer's demo X1, the salesman and I could not make it work. (only regular navigation map worked) He went and tried it again in a customer's car and also couldn't make it work.(car was getting PDI at the time) Both had the Premium package, so AR navigation should have been included.
