It is pretty common knowledge that tuning or even piggy back boxes is detectable and (rightly) voids engine warranty on effected parts.
I don't think I have ever seen any manufacturer or supplier say otherwise.
It shouldn't void warranty on unrelated things like suspension unless you have a really shitty dealer.
