Jb+ adds more boost
the Jb4 adds more boost and a lot more features. whether its enough for you to pay extra for it is a personal option. Here are some of the extra features
extra safety failsafe: goes back to stock map to protect your engine, if your turbo overboost or your fuel pumps fail and cannot provide enough fueling
max boost by gear: you can set your max boost for improved traction. Keep in mind, more power is good but if you cannot get decent traction, it won't help
boost by rpm: allows you to adjust the boost for a smoother power delivery.
datalog: the JB4 provide more power because it can monitor the different car paratemers. With the Jb+ you have to be safe since you are adding boost blindly. with the Jb4, you can be a lot more aggressive
