I've sold a few cars on Autotrader. Some buyers can definitely be a pain however I've always tried to be forward and provide as many pictures or videos they needed to feel assured.
I would see if some on the forums could check the car out for you as well and get a ppi. I've walked away from a few cars after the ppi.
