I have a love/hate relationship with that course. On the one hand for the money it is a serious good deal and good course. But they need to post a warning if you are not physically fit you might have problems. Being 70 with several fake joints it is exhausting to play there even with a cart. Many of the traveling group I play with won't play it because of the steep hills to and from the greens.
In fact that was the course that caused me to get fake knees. I was playing it with my BIL and realized I could walk UP hills but any steep downhill was a no bueno.
But for the fit a great choice and great price/quality choice.
