Trade for the Mavs was to win now, anything less than finals is a complete failure. Trade for Lakers is for future, currently they now lack size. But they now have a 25 year league star to build around.
Luka led NBA in scoring last year. Led NBA playoffs in points, rebounds, assists and dragged Mavs to the finals. He was the only reason they made the finals, he was ballin in playoffs. Bad conditioning...imagine if he had good conditioning. Mavs traded for an injury prone big man who has missed 30% of his starts.
Mav fans better hope "destination resorts" get passed in Texas. Adelson family are not to be trusted if they don't get their way.
