Around official race start time (3pm Melbourne time - 5am Belgian time), the rain shower front will have virtually left, heading SE direction (from ± 10 o'clock direction to ± 4 o' clock direction).
Track will be very humid at the race start but the race line will progressively dry out. Those who are willing to drive in wet sections outside the race line, should take advantage during the first stages of the race.
Let's wait and see whether a pace car is sent out to check the track conditions around 3pm local time. Normally, you won't need to open your umbrella during the race.
