There's several tire "coatings" out there that are more durable. They don't maintain the high gloss "wet" look the whole time but keep the tire looking satin and darker. I've had them last 2-5 months which isn't bad. . . but if you're looking for a high gloss wet look all the time you just have to re-apply constantly.
I've tried Cerakote tire coating and Adams tire armor with decent results- just have to be realistic about expectations.

I looked into those and don't think it's for me. I was going to test it out on my working van but never did.
