If you must have a Ferrari V-12 and don't have a lot of cash available for the purchase, the 456 model could be the ticket. A good used example can be found for $100,000 or less. Of course, it's an older Ferrari, so you'll have to expect some repairs and pricey maintenance.
The 456 was available with manual transmission or automatic, but in those days (1990s) the 3-pedal cars still outnumbered the autos.
To my eye, the 456 was and is gorgeous. Here are a few photos to illustrate.
