Leaf blowers do a great job getting 95% of the water off the freshly washed car surface. You get the rest with a towel, or not at all (when washing multiple daily drivers).

Since I always finish the wash with cleaning the windows, adding another pass over the paint with a quality towel is not a big extra.
It doesn't matter which towel you use, but I found
Griot's Edgeless drying towel to be good for 2+ cars after you knocked off the bulk of the water with a leaf blower (whichever one is in your garage).
