I will bet in 2 years from now you will use the trailer 1/3 of the frequency that you are thinking. License, tires, wheel bearings, blah blah.
The trailer you linked is a flimsy toy.
You can rent the proper tool for the job, 100% of the time. Large or small, enclosed or open. You can have whatever you want without buying or maintaining or storing it. The time to book, pick up and return the rental is far less than the time to faff around with trailer ownership.
