Again, it's all excess...but one person's excess is another person's "not quite enough". We each decide. Hec, that's why so many buy 500+ hp BMWs, and then tune them for more power, and these cars often never see a track. 1,064 hp is not going to be enough for some folks...so the horsepower wars will continue. And no, none if it will make sense.

But why not have a track car at 1300 pounds with 350 HP with the same power to weight ratio as a 3,900 pound ZR1.
