You're all right, that 1 series is disgusting looking.
I saw one of these up close and personal in convertible form yesterday at my gym. Really do not enjoy the aesthetics this car brings.
Other than that, you'd remove it carefully. I would imagine it's stick on so you'd need a heat gun and some time to slowly peel it back and buff off any remaining glue. If you do it caerfully, use plenty of heat, and take your time it should come off eaasily enough.
