Obviously I know that... since I posted the specs higher up the thread. I've also driven one... have you?.. I was actually talking about the older RS4!.. The power difference (and suspension, and interior, and ancillary gear) of the 2.7l RS4 versus that of a mere 2.7 S4 are rather huge.

Lets put it this way, here in Europe, an RS4 already has all the tuning stuff fitted.. it just needs a Miltek exhaust, intake and custom software work to get it way in the 500HP mark. The 2.7 S4 needs all that the RS4 has (i.e. turbos, intercoolers, cams, pistons, etc) to just meet what an RS4 has as standard. I don't know anyone here with an RS4 that's left it standard... Did you know that an RS4's body shell is actually wider than a S4? (Very different animals)
