HA! Hannalore is my sales person as well! She is pretty cool, and the geek in me loves that she is in fact German...right down to the accent. So far Houston North has been good to deal with as I have made a few changes including changing the whole car from auto to manual mid cycle. Hannalore calls me about once a week to check in and update me.
