All very good roads, Poudre Canyon can be a great road. Deer Creek just west of Chatfield Res. is another great road. The road leading up to the top of MT. Evans is also a very fun road.
Deer creek on the weekends can be a bit rediculous with all the road bikers. However, if you're headed up there don't miss stopping here:
