BMW E46 M3 - View Single Post - HELP! Need info on market price for 2005 M3 6Spd 54K miles

Hey everyone,

Looking forward to finally owning my fast M car.

I think I've nailed it down to a 2005 M3 black/red with 54K miles. However, this car has no maintenance info (random dealer) and so I plan on taking it to a BMW dealership to get the pre-purchase inspection and running the carfax. Outside of that is there anything else I can do?

The price on the car seems suuuper low and I just want to make sure I'm not getting "had"; even if an Inspection II is required, that still puts me below what NADA states (about $5000 below) for the purchase price of the car.

Anybody have any thoughts???
