I get raped, but have phenomenal coverage, and my friend is my agent so I never have any real issues when something comes up. If they are good and loyal to you, I'd stay. When that day comes when there is an accident and they decide that a car is $100 from total loss and you get fucked, you would regret the crappy carrier.
