I'd switch to a Geico/Allstate/Statefarm in a heartbeat... unless you have some major hookup like Peanuto where you know you'll get taken care of.

When the shit hits the fan they will all screw you to an extent, that's just the way insurance works, everyone is always looking at their bottom line. If you look at it pragmatically a national carrier while not as "good" as a local agent/office is "good enough" 99% of the time (and far less expensive) for any kind of major incident. Either option is going to be lightyears better than some no-name discount insurance company though.
