I also don't think that is the reason the Admins decided to ban Exec. Since most of the controversial threads have been deleted, I would have to say that I feel he was banned for just having an aggressive and insulting demeanor.

thats how i got my 3 too, your father die early in your life too?
and i think exec was banned for a multitude of reasons, not just cuz he wa aggressive and demeaning, i hold the top spot for that and im still here
