Yes, calibration by a real experience ISF tech makes a huge deal. I know it did on my 50" Kuro Elite. Not the bullshit Geed squad calibration too. And true, don't listen to what any sales persons say, especially at BB. Only place where the sales people had good knowledge and seemed truthful was Ken Cranes in Pasadena. My personal preference is for the plasmas, delivers a more natural image IMHO.
