Same here! I had my Droid since it came out and now I was waiting for the iphone to be released in Verizon but now that I fell in love with all this, I'm really doubting ill get an iphone..
Setcpu = a must have if rooted! Running twice as fast as stock!

Droid here. Its actually very easy once you have an idea of what you're doing. Visit droidforum.net then read a couple stickys under droid hacks and youll understand it. Well worth it. I wish I would have done this a loooong time ago!
