After going to Vegas a few times I've finally just grown tired of showing up at 11-12 and waiting in line. I also hate showing up early.
I usually just wait till ~2am before I even go to a club now. Saves $$ and waiting in line. Also, most hotels will put you on the list to get in the club and give you free admissions if you're a guest.
