Neighbors are not 70. They are mid 20's to early 30's. The ones in question live above me and below me. I really am trying to avoid a face to face confrontation with these aholes since they have been loud on numerous occasion and I've knocked on their doors, asked them to stfu in a polite yet firm manner before. I've even had to call the cops a few times. After that they are cool for a bit then go back to their old ways. In other words I'm surrounded by some real holes. They both rent unlike me, so guess who actually gives a shit about the property.
