PS - does anyone know why the BMW electric motors seem to be so large? It seems they take up a lot of frunk space, where other electric cars do not.

I would imagine that is an effect of them converting a regular gas car to electric. Rather than having a purpose built ev. It really has a massive effect on packaging.
