Huh? Not a design commentary, design is subjective but your analysis is way off the numbers.

The most traditional conservative designs, 3 and 5 series, are bleeding the most

X5 and x7 leading the growth curve (big grill memes apparently lead to big sales growth?)
I'm not bashing on the grilles, just in general. Look at previous designs, compared to today. I get it cars evolve. But the older bmws keep me more interested than the new ones.

The split headlights I think work on the new 7… but the split headlight reminds me of the Hyundai Kona.
My point was sales don't reflect the commentary you put forth. This is a sales results driven thread.
