BMW X1 and X2 (U11) - View Single Post - Are the headlight supposed to come on automatically when wipers are wiping?

Never had the lights come on because of rain, they might come on due to lower light conditions not the actual rain. Always thought that auto lights were activated due to lower ambient light only, no connection to the wipers.
