I believe you are right,
bmw press release states that global X1 will get ID9 starting with the ones produced in November 23.
I also understand the ID8 ones won’t be updated to 8.5.
Still, it would be helpful to know the HU version of the ID9 driving around if anybody can manage to post a pic of it!
