my X1(xDrive28i, petrol-only engine) has only 3300 miles.
off the top of my head, here are some of the parts that the dealer has replaced under warranty. most are minor things, but still annoying.
driver-side electronic parking brake motor/module(?)
rear brake discs
rear dampers
bonnet release latch(left)
headunit(iDrive8)
infotainment screen(center one)
scissor jack for the spare tire(due to rust)
floor mats(rear passenger, due to stitching coming off and material seperating)
