Foam in airbox
I opened my M240i's airbox and found this piece of foam underneath the filter. It is simply snapped into the bottom half of the airbox with three snaps. I'm not sure how much it restricts airflow, but it certainly can't be helping airflow!
I removed it and haven't noticed any real difference in sound or on the butt dyno yet. Any idea what it's there for?
