I looked in ACSM for SV_Activate_Speed_Limit and SV_Deactivate_Speed_Limit and they are not present. I did find another thread on another forum that says you need to code ACSM and iCAM but there was no more information. There is also nothing in the cheat sheets on LauncherPro.
