BUT, then the medications don't get applied to your deductible. Either way, pick a plan knowing you are going to pay the annual out of pocket first. Adulting simply sucks these days, especially if you hung on to age 26 with a parental coverage.
Medical benefits can be the real deal-closer for employers. . .
