In Canada during covid the government used the tracking of cell phones to monitor the movements of 33 million Canadians, the vast majority of whom are not criminals.

I'm glad that a LEO is on our side. It was unreal, the past 3, 4 years. I cannot believe that our country was so draconian, esp in Quebec. That damn Legault.
