It's not exactly MINI's go-kart feel but it's a bit more relaxed while still providing fun, as fun can be in this type of car. Can't say the same for the competition. They might have better fuel efficiency, might be better priced and have more options available standard, but the X1 is a great package for those looking and willing to pay the premium.

Also, this thread was about the upcoming new generation, which will make a huge leap in terms of driver assistance and infotainment features while hopefully still retaining some of the fun-to-drive-compared-to-the-competition.
