This morning my wife came to the car and the right display is completely dead, it doesn't respond to any touches but the bottom icons display. It's dark on the top ... anoyone the same experience? Thanks

Had this happen 1 time. I pulled over shut off and got out and locked the car. When I went back in, I waited for ID9 to boot up before I started the car and it was fine.
Is this ongoing issue?
