Best Vancouver Dealer for Service?

So which dealership do you think is the best to bring your car in for service?

These include:
1) Good, friendly service
2) Service provided in a timely manner
3) Nice loaner cars, i.e. are they BMW or some econobox rental car

Options: Autowest BMW, Brian Jessel BMW, The BMW Store, Parkshore BMW

Parkshore BMW - prompt service and done right the first time

Brian Jessel BMW - questionable service requires multiple visits

BMW Store - same as Brian Jessel. Dealership too busy and don't get the customer service.

I work at The BMW Store and i think our customer service could do a lot better and our facility and our lot is way too small, it's like an accident waiting to happen in our lot everyday because we just cram all your cars into our small tiny way undersized lot to double the max capacity haha. Facility wise Brian Jessel makes my place literally look like a shit hole!

as for loaner cars, we currently give out 2007 323i and 328i and 328xi

service wise, we usually get the job done, but for some reason our techs always forgets to reset the computer after they fix the cars......

i say park shore too

the guys there really know their stuff and many of the techs there are real BMW fans, in the service lots (where techs park their own cars) i always see old BMWs (ex. E30s, old m5s, etc) that looks so well kept

I think this case is really depends on how busy is the dealership
I've been dealing with BJ service dept a few times already
It turns out very well, highly recommended.
Last week I book a service appointment, they gave me a 323i as a loaner car
There was this pretty girl show up with the loaner at my office
she pickup my car and drove back to the dealership for service
when the service work is done, she drove it back to me the next day
I didn't lose any time at all.
very smooth transaction
The service was done within the time schedule.

Parkshore +1

They always deserve and receive the 5/5 on the survey phone calls, after my car's been in the shop. Top shelf customer service!

Thanks for your honesty! I gotta say that you've got balls posting this...I hope you're boss doesn't come across it and figure out who's posted it...which I imagine would not be too hard since you disclosed the car you drive.

I have owned BMWs for the last 7 yrs and always gone to the BMW store for service. With the exception of a short period of time after the ownership changed and the name change from Vancouver Auto, the service has always been great.

I get your point about the overcapacity though - I will admit to having had some unpleasant thoughts about what could happen to my car at the sight of that always crammed lot.

+1

I switched from Brian Jessel to Park shore even though I live in Langley!!!!!
I replaced my outside door handles at BJ like 2 months ago,
and the paint job on door handles were very poor so they promised
to give me a call when new ones are ready.

I never got calls from them, and no replies regarding my e-mails either.
I'll go and talk to them in person, but I'm just lazy

Ya, go to Park shore BMW

not too impressed with Brian Jessel's service either. Had a headlight replaced with warranty. Job was done, not aimed properly and they misplaced my wheel lock. Said they would call me back and have it sent to me.. Its been over a month. Vehicle has been in for the seat squeaking 2 times already and it's still squeaking... Time to find a dealer that can get the job done the first time.
