How do I Customize my avatar?

I've tried with no luck.

Is there a site that can resize/reshape my picture so that it will fit? How do I do this? Thanks

huh?

get a picture that you want resize to like 120x120 or so (to resize get use photoshop or get ImageResizer (google ImageResizer - a free download from microsoft)) then right click the image, resize.

then come to User CP, edit avatar and upload that pic
