2025 X2M35i collected

HI All, collected the new X2M35i, after a short drive found NO traffic camera INFO, I have every extra on the car nothing left out. BMW UK are trying to find out why.
The software was checked and Apps updated , no App for it either.still no go.

Anyone?.

As far as I can remember traffic cameras are part of an additional subscription, at least on the ID8 cars, have seen it asked before it could be not available for ID9 cars. Try and see if you can add it in the app, it’s an annual cost of about £20, could indeed be included in the premium subscription by default.

Shows you the speed camera locations

And such systems aren’t legal in every country. So availability is on a per-market basis. Having said that, the OP is here in the UK where such systems are legally allowed. My car shows the locations as you approach.

It does need Digital Premium to be active. If it’s a new vehicle did you (or your dealer) activate the three month trial?

I just got a reply from BMW it's in the NAV system active when a destination sellected.

Firstly grats on the car, I know you’ve been waiting ages for it so glad it’s here finally, as for the question, I have this as part of the digital premium package, and no, you don’t need navigation selected in order for it to show up.

Not sure if I misunderstood, so apologies, but mine warns me for cameras even when I’m not using the navigation.

Have you tried updating everything and then doing a reboot ? (Holding down volume button for a few seconds)

It also shows on the BMW map whilst driving not just in the HUD

Yes I did activate it and it shows in the Apps, BMW UK are investigating the problem. Thanks for your input.

Yes I have done the update and re-boot, still Nothing, it's now with the tech team at BMW, thanks for your help.

You need BMW Digital Premium for the speed camera information. The app should tell you if you have this (look in Connected Drive Upgrades in the store) and it should also appear on the start-up screen on the central display in your car.

I collected my new car in December and was given a 3 month free trial. It was already activated.

Thanks I have the 3 months but no sign of the camera info!!!!
