Exhuast flap slight rattling at idle

I could hear the flaps rattling slightly when I'm at the back of the car while it is idling.
It's slightly embarrassing in traffic I'd imagine.

Had my wife holding the RPM steady at 2k while I check the exhuast.
The flappers open, then the rattling went away.

While we are doing little experiments here and there I ended up unplugging both the connetors.
Surprising easy. Just use my thumb pressing the connetor clip and pull it out of the socket.
Then they are permanently open. No obvious tone difference nor any warning light.

After test driving it, we found at near crawling speed, the car makes a unbearable deep bass exhuast tone in the cabin. Needless to say I plugged them back on. Was hoping the gold tee mod would solve the rattle and makes the exahust sounded more aggressive but not really. It sounds terrible either way...

Anyone notice the flaps slighly rattle at idle?
