Someone in Idaho decided to put an E46 M3 side gill on their 328i. Right above the side turn signal. Hilarious! They also had "turbo" on the trunk and a rediculious vanity plate but I thought it best not to post that photo.

Nothing wrong or inferior about the 335i to need such "add-ons". It's a shame some people deem such mods necessary. Makes the world more interesting I guess.

100% agree..when I had mine I REFUSED to do any badging M or otherwise..you gotta rep the car as it is..not try make into something its not

What I've never understood is this: The only people that are going recognize what such a side grill would signify are the same people who will immediately spot a fake... namely us. Nobody else cares and ultimately you're just embarrassing yourself.

I did not even know there was a BMW forum until 2011 and that's where I learned all this stuff. Maybe he has no idea kinda like the people who put armor all on their motorcycle tires.

And having said all this I must qualify, Idaho has some of the nicest people Ive ever been around. Just really really nice folks. And in some ways I envy that guy. He has some great roads to drive around on.
