Anybody have their home mortgage w/PenFed?
Im going to finance my M3 with them because their used car auto rate is ridiculous and they valued my car $7k more than what I paid.
Anyone have experience with their home mortgage rates? |

I have my cars through them. Good rates. Service can be a bit slow but always worth the savings. My dumbass credit union wanted all kinds of info, docs, proof of pay, and references for a mediocre rate. (perfect credit and had many car loans through them in the past with never even close to late payment). Penfed just filled out an online forum and they mailed me a check to refi. Didn't even need any docs.

PenFed is a great credit union - as is Navy Federal (they're a lot harder to get into, however).
I don't have personal experience with their mortgage department, but I've heard nothing but good things. I have a credit card with them and they offer great service, rewards, customer experience, etc. Edit: And this is coming from a VP of a major commercial bank. |
