I am now totally convince Universities have completely lost it. The University of Utah has put in "Cry Closet" so student can cry in a safe space.

Over the years I learned how to ask people questions and get around the rules and you would be amazed what people will tell you.

Here is a simple example. If you ask someone if they are willing to relocate they all say yes of course.

One time I was interviewing a person, asked them that exact question along with the Head hunter ask that question and the person insisted they would relocate. They said they relocated before which was true from the resume. But something did not seem to fit/add up while talking to them. At the end of the day, I talk to the person again and decided to ask the question a different way. I asked if there was any reason they would not relocate, at this point the person unload they were going through a bad divorce and a custody battle. You're not allow to ask someone if they are married and have kids, but this was the exact reason this person was not relocating. We did not make an offer.

And you know in Canada you can go to jail if do not address someone's gender correctly or do not refer to them with the proper pronoun.

I swear these people better hope society never breaks down and they have to figure out how to fend for themselves. They will all be in a corner somewhere curled up in a ball.
