Cell Phone Reminder Feature?

I have the car set to let me know if I'm leaving my cell phone in it when exiting the vehicle but I don't seem to see (or hear) the vehicle bitching at me when I actually do lock & walk away from it.

My wife's Audi is quick to loudly nag on us if trying to walk away with phone still attached to the car.

What is this sorcery of which you speak? How does one set this up (if indeed it might work)? If I ever charge my phone, I will 100% of the time leave it there when I get out.

Guess I need to scrutinize the display before I leave the car better to see if I can see what they're talking about. Weird it doesn't give an audible reminder though (at least that I've heard)

There is an audible sound as well. It’s the same sound as the default notification ding.

Your phone charger has to be turned on though, otherwise it won’t work.

It has to be in the wireless charger for this alert to chime.

Ok, so after toggling the feature on/off a couple of times it did start to work for me. Chime is a bit on the quiet side.

It’s the gong sound, isn’t it? I’m almost positive that there’s a setting somewhere where you can adjust the gong volume. Maybe that would help?
