Mobile Phone Holder
Hey,
If anyone has any experience with various mobile phone holders? Which one is the best fitted? Since the air vents are a bit unusual in X1, I am not sure that every holder could fit. Thanks! |

many people here have said good things about this mount for the X1. I have used ProClip's mounts for other cars they were rock solid.
Having said that, during the last 6 months, I have never needed to look at my iPhone 14 Pro Max while driving my X1. The phone always sat in the wireless charging pad. I have the ProClip mount mentioned above and am using it with the MagSafe puck from Apple, currently with my iPhone 15 Pro Max in a Pitaka case designed for MagSafe. Works great, doesn’t ever fall off, stays cool, and charges much faster than the crap wireless charger that BMW includes.

I’ve added a MagSafe phone holder with a built in wireless charger to the vent. Works pretty well, only thing is I have a exposed cable.
