German translation requested

I'm not sure the internet translator is providing an accurate translation.

How would one say the following phrase in German?

"You have my heart"

(The internet translator is returning "Sie haben mein Herz.") Is this correct?

Vielen Dank!

Thanks, HHHK. Is the internet translation "Sie haben mein Herz" contextually incorrect? (When addressing a significant other, for example).

Best regards

Sie haben ... Is considered formal.
Du hast ... Is considered informal.

The assumption is you know this personal well enough to tell him/ her that, as in a SO. If you're telling your boss, use the formal version.

"Du" is the informal version of "you" and "Sie" is formal. I think you'll want to use "Du."

Edit: "mbintx" you beat me to it.

Nope. Should be "Wer hat dein Herz?"
