Has anyone released any X2 pictures yet?

My wife and I drove by the BMW dealership on Hanauer Landstrasse in Frankfurt - she saw the infamous "swirls" on a X size vehicle and the decals on the side read, "2er". She definitely knows her BMWs - unfortunately we were in a rush so we didn't have an opportunity to turn around for a second viewing.

Can anyone confirm if pics have been released?

Most likely a 2-er Active Tourer I would have thought, maybe the 7 seater or electric versions, they've already been spied I think... where as the X2 I don't think has.

I don't see what role the x2 will fill. Its possible as a replacement for x1 but i doubt it.. i personally dont see the point in the x1,x3 as it is but i know people buy them in the boatloads here in aus.
