Shipping an exhaust system from Australia to the US

Looking to ship an exhaust from Australia to US. However shipping quote is really high (over $500). Any recommendations on a less expensive option?

Welcome to our world... Shipping to/from Australia costs a frigging fortune...

A few examples:

IND quoted me $65 to ship a $30 badge here.
A set of wheels from the US will cost me over $900 to ship.
I was going to buy an iPhone cradle from another member and the cheapest option was over $100.

These are all USD prices. It's even MORE expensive to ship from here to there.

DaveDee shipped my exhaust via DHL and it was very reasonable.
